A Peek into my Week . . .

Today . . . September 9, 2016

Something from my playlist . . .  Just because I adore, Dean Martin . . . so smooth!

Mother Nature . . .   It's a beautiful day!  It's a bit on the chilly side, but I like it that way.  The sun is shining, there are a few wispy clouds in the sky and the breeze just makes it feel like autumn, it 's beautiful!

On my mind . . . Well, I have so many things on my mind!!  But I will just choose a few things.  We have had the most beautiful sunsets here in Idaho, seriously, they have been just amazing.  I'm not sure why, but I just have a passion for sunsets, they make my heart skip a beat when I see them!

This picture was taken when we were camping...  the next three were taken from my own backyard.

While we were camping, Averi turned 14!  She is so adorable, and loves to go camping.  Averi is truly the most amazing child, she makes me laugh, she makes me cry, but mostly, she makes me happy, we love her more than words can express!!

Crafty me . . . I haven't been very crafty, but there are a few things that I want to do, here are a few of them.

These are so adorable, I would love to hang them on my mantel!!  I found the pattern here.

This beautiful little Indian princess is my next pen and ink art project.  I haven't used my talent for a long time, and you know what they say, "Use it, or lose it", so I'm going to use it.  Can't wait!

Just Sayin' . . . This is me to a tee . . .

Have a wonderful week-end!

XOXO,

Barb

Oh Barb, those sunsets are amazing, I love the beauty in the colors! Your little granddaughter is adorable, they do have a way of making us laugh and cry, mostly I'm laughing so hard I'm crying.
So your a talented one, your fall decor is so cute. That's just something I don't know how to do and I really admire those who are so crafty like that, nice work! Pen and Ink, wow I can't wait to see your project!!
So you're in YW's they are something else aren't they haha - I raised sons, so when I was in YW I really was in for a cultural shock haha.
Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving comments, I appreciate it :)
Have a nice weekend

Me, too. I am fierce so don't tread on me. LOL!

Averi is a doll and I can see where she would make you laugh, but not too many tears I hope.

Sunsets in your own backyard are glorious. I never see them like that in my backyard so depend on photos like these.

Enjoy your sketching project...excellent subject.

Oh my gosh, dearest friend, I so love this one. Can I steal all your beautiful sunsets for graphics. Stunning is what all your photos are. Then of course, I am stealing the photos of our dearest Averi; I just love them. She is the sweetest little soul and we love her so much and she does bring great joy into our lives. I will look forward to seeing your pen and ink project; get busy! I hope you know how much I love you; sending hugs~

Happy birthday Averi!!! She is so beautiful :-) I love all your landscape pictures too, you really have a great eye for photos :-) Love that pattern I just printed out the details for my 10 year old to give her a challenge, lol... I have not learned that skill but she is getting quite good at it. Have a great evening!

Blessings,
Jill

Your pictures are gorgeous. Happy belated birthday to your beautiful Grand!

It's been cloudy here, with showers and nip in the air.. the perfect way to begin Fall.
My sweet husband and I were called to serve as coordinators in the baptistry in the Manti temple. It keeps us busy, but we truly love it and there's no place that we enjoy more! It's time for me to go get ready, and head to 'work' :) Take care and have a great weekend.
