Still loving it . . .

Day four - Just a quick note to say that I still love my coconut oil deodorant!!  I really gave it the ultimate test today . . . I wore a poly-knit top to the hospital to be with Averi and Amber, while Averi had her teeth cleaned and some blood work done (she has to be put under to do this work) . . . and I'm still smelling like a rose!  I'm telling you - that is a stressful thing to do, and I came through it with flying colors, so did Averi!  She's doing well, and is hopefully home sleeping like a baby.  Hugs and kisses to that sweet little angel!

I 'm thinking that I don't need anymore updates on this subject . . . ;0)

Hugs,

I'm glad that this recipe works. I might have to give it a try. This 100+ weather is making me sweat like a pig! Thanks for the good idea!
Love, Heather

So glad that Averi is home and snoozing. I think I need the same treatment for teeth cleaning and bloodwork myself. Glad that your concoction is still working for you. Let us know the day it fails. LOL!

I was glad Averi did good, I think the saying "When Averi is unhappy nobody is happy" applies here. We all worry about her when she has "stuff" to go through. I am glad your deodorant is still working I can almost smell your sweetness from Blackfoot..... :0)

This is timely. Recently,I discovered baking soda quite by accident. One morning, while still half asleep, I used baking soda instead of talcum powder. It worked great. It is a little gritty, but mixed with powder it is wonderful. (I always keep a jar of baking soda in the bathroom.)
