Grit and Grace . . .

This year I have some really difficult challenges that I will have to meet, and I hope to do it with, grit and grace.  I have been working toward it for a few months and it has had it's rewards and setbacks, but I have lived long enough to know that nothing in this life comes easy, and the most rewarding things in life are those things that we have persevered at and have worked really hard to achieve.  So this year I'm not necessarily making goals, but I am going to have a "phrase" for the year, and that phrase is, GRIT and GRACE.  I will pray that I can meet this challenge with grit and with grace as I navigate my way through this new journey.  I know that with the help of my dear husband and family I can succeed and reap the rewards of hard work!!

I love this song, and hope to have, true grit as I make this challenge my reality!

Be safe XOXO

Hugs and Love,

Barb

I'm sorry about the "comment deleted" Barb! Not what I wanted to do. What I DID write is that you are going to have a lot of us thinking what you are going to be up to! I do like the motto "Grit and Grace" though!!! A hug to you, Barb.

Happy Sunday Barb......This is actually a Beautiful Post. I really like the "Grit and Grace". I too need the Grit and Grace right now. It is true...Challenges make us stronger, but we often need prayer as well as help from others to help us walk in the Grace we need to walk in. Hoping the very Best for you in this upcoming year.

My friend, While I’m not sure what challenges you are facing this year, I pray that your “Grit and Grace,” will see you through. I’m certain it will and I wish you Godspeed as you begin it.

I wish you all the best for grit and grace. While the two seem far apart they really do combine nicely. I'll be praying for you as you begin the journey.
