What's happening in January . . .

Hello Friends!  I know I'm a little late to be welcoming January, but better late than never!  January has already been a very full month for me, I'm hoping that the last part is less busy than the first part.  I hope you are all healthy, happy and safe!

My month started with surgery, it wasn't fun, but necessary.  I had to have sinus surgery.  I had a deviated septum that was getting worse each year, and causing me so many problems, so apparently, this was the year to have it repaired.  I was glad to have it over with, but it really did knock me down, so I have been out of commission for the last week or so, but glad to be back!  I'm anxious to see what all of you have been up to so far this year!

The only thing that I accomplished while I was waiting for the big day, was putting together this puzzle.  It was a hard puzzle, but kept my mind and my hands busy.  I love a challenge, and this puzzle fit the bill, it made me sad to take it apart and put it away, hopefully one of my grands will want to put it together next year when they are out for Christmas break.

So during my down time I was able to look around my house and write down a few things that I want to get done before Spring.  Some of them are, honey-do's,  because I'm not very handy with a table saw 😉  But most are things I need to work on, so I'll take lots of pictures to keep me on track and show you what I've got planned on my agenda and hopefully the progress.

We have had some really mild days so far this year and some really cold days, not a lot of snow.  For the last few days it has been sunny,  I love it, I need sunshine!   I'm already noticing that the days are getting longer, and the sunset moving a little further North each day, so I know Spring is just around the corner and will be here before we know it.

Until next time...be safe XOXO

Hugs and Love,

Barb

Hey Barb. glad to her that you are recovering well. I have heard that this is a hard surgery, but I know that you will be so happy that you have this behind you. Isn't it amazing at all the things we can find needs to be done when we are sitting around? Lots of Honey-do's..... Puzzles are fun and they do make the time pass faster. enjoy that sunshine as it sure has a way of healing our bodies.

That is a really pretty puzzle. Nice to know that you are recovering from surgery, and just think....you got it over with before camping season :)

Looking forward to seeing your projects! Seems that lots of folks are refreshing and doing fun new projects .... it's a great way to jump into a brand new fresh year.

Warm wishes and thoughts for a speedy continued recovery.

Happy your surgery went well Barb. I can't imagine a worse way to get the year off to a start, but hopefully it will make a huge difference. I love puzzles and would do them but for the cats. They would be undoing them as fast as I did them I think! Here's hoping 2022 will be kinder to us all! Blessings, love and hugs, xoxo

Hello Barb, I only just catching up my favourite blogs again today, so I am late to the party in wishing you a speedy recovery from your operation. I hope that the surgery will improve things significantly for you.
The weather in Scotland has been similar. We haven't had any snow where we live in Central Scotland, but we have had lots of dry days contrasted with some very wet and cold too. I much prefer the sunny and cold days. It makes walking a pleasure and very refreshing.
Take care Barb. I will look forward to your next update. :-)

Wow, I have been skipping a lot of blogging moments lately. I missed January too. I am happy that you got the surgery over with; I know it isn't an easy one.
Your puzzle is a beautiful scene. I for some reason don't do puzzles well. It would probably help my brain.
Our weather this year is similar and we need the snow badly.
Sending loving hugs your way and continued prayers for you two!

Hello everyone! I write this article to appreciate the good work of DR OGALA that helped me recently to bring back my wife that left me for another man for the past 6 months. After seeing a comment of a woman on the internet testifying of how she was helped by DR OGALA. I also decided to contact him for help because all I wanted was for me to get my wife, happiness and to make sure that my child grows up with his mother. Am happy today that he helped me and I can proudly say that my wife is now with me again and she is now in love with me like never before. Are you in need of any help in your relationship like getting back your man, wife, boyfriend, girlfriend?  Viewers reading my post that needs the help of DR OGALA should contact him via E-mail: ogalasolutiontemple@gmail.com You  can also call or contact him via WhatsApp +2349123794867
