September . . . Labor Day

...I cannot endure to waste anything so precious as autumnal sunshine by staying in the house.  So I have spent almost all the daylight hours in the open air.
~Nathaniel Hawthorn~

Our Labor Day was spent with family.  The kids have so much fun together, and I am trying to just soak it all in while they are still young, and know how to play!  My husband smoked ribs, and I made a peach cobbler.  The kids brought all the fixin's!  It was a smokey, warm day, but we all had fun, and ate too much,  The day ended way too soon . . .

If I haven't said it already . . . HAPPY SEPTEMBER!!

Hugs and Love,

Barb

Happy September to you also dear friends. I just love the feel of September. The photos are so sweet and of course, I loved the one of our precious Averi. It is a lovely one.
We would have enjoyed one more moment with your family and ours. Especially, that yummy menu.
Love and hugs for you two!
