remodeling!!!

Wow! We spent most of the week-end painting the basement - we're almost done. We still have to put the second coat on the bottom half of the wall and paint and put up the trim and baseboard. We also have to put in the rails by the stairs and build the shelves that will be next to the fireplace. We can't really do anything by the stairs until we pull up the carpet on the stairs, so that will be the last painting we do before we install carpet. It does not look like much, but if you saw it before, you would be shocked! It seems like it has taken forever, because we usually only work on it on week-ends, hopefully, it won't take long now! We even put Cole to work, his tail makes a great paint brush!! Wish me luck. . . .
