Monday Musings . . .

I hope everyone had a wonderful week-end, of course they are always too short  :0)  On Friday my husband brought the mail in,  and low and behold, this is what was in it . . .

I was so surprised, as I did not order this CD.  I called my daughter, because she sometimes orders from my Am*zon account, and I thought that she had forgotten to change the address before placing the order.  She assured me that it was not her, and she really had no idea who had sent it.  Although she was willing to claim the CD because she also loves it . . . ;0)

So, I am assuming it is one of my very wonderful and sweet, blogging friends!  I know that there are six or seven of you who have my mailing address, so I'm assuming it's one of you . . . YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!   I adore this CD, as you know from my blog, and I'm hoping I don't wear it out listening to it!  Thank you so much!!  Whoever you are, I love you tons!

I am taking a Family History class at church, it's been very interesting.  The teacher was wanting us to have a different perspective about how we can save memories and try something other than just writing them down.  She showed us these beautiful videos.  I know they are both a little long, but well worth watching, they are just beautiful!   I just sobbed through both of them so make sure you have a box of tissues with you . . . I'm crying while I write this post!  There are 6 parts, all worth watching, but, I just loved these two.

Both of these songs touched me deeply . . .

I guess I better get on my way, I have a lot to get done today!

Hugs and love to all of my sweet blogging friends!

XOXO

Lorraine must have been a remarkable woman to have inspired such great love. Fred is a sweetheart! Thank you for sharing these videos. I am going to watch again zipping to the heart of the matter without all the extra chatter.

I know, Vee, I think you could find just the music on You*ube, without the commentary. Lorraine must have really been an amazing woman, she looked like she had spunk!
