Thoughtful Spot Sunday . . .

Sing unto the Lord a new song, and his praise from the end of the earth, ye that go down to the sea, and all that is therein; the isles, and the inhabitants thereof.
~Isaiah 42:10~

"Sing unto the Lord a new song."  Just imagine if we all sang a new song.  Do you remember that old Coca-Cola song about teaching the world to sing?  Even though it was an advertisement, there was something moving about that long line of people, all different races and colors and sizes, holding hands and singing.  I think that's what it will be like, one day.  That's what the prophets have promised us will happen!  All the people who have ever lived, will be  joined together in one vast hymn of praise!

We'll be there, too.  Maybe today we can begin with just one little song of praise in our own hearts.  As the psalmists sang centuries ago, sing praises to God, sing praises.  There's no reason we can't get started on that new song right now, today, this very minute!

I will leave you with one of my favorite songs . . . have a wonderful Sunday!
